Where to start? Let's start how we begun our meeting... our education coordinator reminded us what happens when we sprint. Sprinters get winded and slow down, then stop. We do not want that to happen to our team. This sales team has great momentum and we need to continue to drive toward our goals. Let's keep ourselves ready for the "race" we have yet to complete. Keep inviting, training, and looking for opportunities to refer one another.
GREAT NETWORKING OPPORTUNITY!!! BE THERE....
Chapter success forums are fantastic networking and excellent learning opportunities. Attendance by our team allows us to receive visitors and keeps us in good standing. Check out the event page for the forum closest to you, this Monday. I will be attending the 12:00 forum at Skylinks on Monday. Hope to see a few of you as well.
AT THE END OF THE DAY... It is about the numbers
I thought I should address again attrition. It is going to happen for various reasons. Team mates will have to leave us. These are still great contacts and should remain in our centers of influence. Their exit opens up an opportunity for us to make another contact. Our goal is to be at 35 members by April. We so can do this...
TYFCB is outstanding. We have not even got winded on this aspect. Let's continue to focus on each others triggers and keep referring.
Wedding invitations, Purchased property, Trusts, and Seniors are all triggers for our own Jordan Nefulda. Jordan is focusing on another aspect of his business, trust. Jordan listed the many reasons why a trust is an important aspect to protect assets and one intentions. Look for these triggers and get your referral slips in to Jordan.
GOLD STAR... I am going to post my registrations for classes to attain this goal on facebook. Who is with me? We also need a basic MSP to get more speakers on the schedule. Please make sure you complete this course.
The leadership and support team met. There were concerns with substitutes. It seems we need more accessible "last minute" substitutes. Beth Bingham might be the solution to your problem should you find yourself in the predicament. Of course your attendance is preferred, but we do understand at times our business and health might get in the way.
I trust you had a great week and look forward to seeing you Monday & Tuesday... High Trust!
