Let's not get ahead of ourselves though... David Givot again reminded us that we need to still be looking for those "triggers" that will help us to refer to our sales team's strenghts and professions. Also, remember to look at your "TYFCB" (Thank You for closed Business) opportunities. Specifically, the Tier 3 referrals, the repeat business referrals, and for the subscription referrals (residual). In closing our Education Coordinators and our growth and retention teams (Kim Spucces & Dan Arteritano) want us to do one thing this week;
COMMIT
- Commit to looking for opportunities for inviting
- Commit to listening for triggers
- Commit to attending trainings & chapter fourms
- Commit to your High Trust sales team
We heard of many ways to get more out of your networking experiences, your social media, and just from those things you just enjoy doing. Let's utilize these ideas and make all of the difference for each otherand ultimately for ourselves... Givers Gain!
CELEBRATE !!!!!!!
This was an exciting meeting because a year ago this was not true... Those senior members of our chapter can attest to this, and I am so happy for our team. We inducted a new member, Jason Boyer - Bankruptcy Attorney. Jason represents our 30 member! Wow, how we have grown. Let's welcome Jason with 1-2-1 so we can quickly let him hit the "basket" with 1-2-1's, referrals, and "TYFCB". I have already spoke with him, and he has some interesting perspectives that will help a number of our businesses. The big 30 never felt so good!
